Love is only appreciated when it is shared, share yourself with others, and joy will be yours forever. This is what makes the heart content and peacefulness will pervade your life, sharing smiles and small tokens of light with those you meet is the path to true love and walking in the light of God's love. Rewards are great for those that choose to take this path. Even in the smallest corner, light must shine! Great strides can be made from one small step. Do not feel that only the great accomplish noble things. Every soul has a purpose and time. Out of small acts of kindness can reap astounding rewards. Wounds cannot remain with the light of love upon it!

Allow the light to enter your body and absorb its power to heal, to enable yourself to go about your daily tasks with love and energy. God gives each of us enough energy and love to cope with what is given. Use this source wisely. Light is given and you in turn must share this energy and love. Pass it on through looks, speech and touch through your heart. Fill your area with the love light and nothing can harm you, nothing can unnerve you. It is a wonderful source of knowledge and should be used daily. Fill yourself with this light, until it oozes through your skin and you can literally glow with good health and love. Share this light and more will come to you, that is the law of God's world. Be not afraid that His source is limitless, it is unending. Love is unending and the more given, the more received. The world is lacking - please spread the light, please love each other. Only then can healing take place. Rejoice in that thought. Be of sound mind, not flustered and scattered like leaves in the wind Gather yourself into a bundle and be strong.

My dear soul...we are here, remember to reach out and let us guide you, give you strength and our love. Let our wings carry your burdens, lift you up above life's problems, your everyday cares. Let our light shine upon your face and fill your body so that you have the inner strength to deal with problems when they come. When you fill yourself with this energy you have the courage to stand tall. Life is not easy for many, we are happy to reach out and give if only you would open your hearts to let us enter. Let our light shine in your life and let it filter out in your daily life. Let our light shine on those you meet that are in need, share our love with those who may not seem lovable. Our light must shine into very dark corner, illuminating and opening the eyes of those who cannot see. We will not falter in our duty to light every dark alley, every shadow that arises. Take this light, lift it high and illuminate your corner..soon darkness will have no place to hide love shines through, take up your candle, light it and shine! We all have a responsibility to show we care, to reach out. A smile will illuminate a small dark corner, a hand outreached to someone who needs love will cause the dark shadows to lift. Allow our light to fill your body and let it shine!

Butterflies are things of joy, bouncing from flower to flower. A joy to see and wonder to behold. If only we were so light and carefree as we go about our world. Touching hearts like they touch the flowers. Butterflies are hardly noticed when they light upon the flower gathering pollen and spreading it to another. Our vibrations too can go unnoticed but we leave our mark. Share yourselves and leave your space a better place.

Rejoice with each moment of your life. It is each moment that makes up the days. Not momentous occasions but moments put together like a string of pearls, attached by beads of love. Remember, loving people attract loving people.

We find it a joy to be of a help, our presence felt, our wings touching gently but perceived, it is a joy to know that our message is received. Be aware of every nuance, every urge and you cannot go wrong. Guidance comes in many forms, some so slight as to go unnoticed, but be assured every urge has a purpose, every emotion a source and reason. Our loves goes with each of you who ask, who seek. Spread the good news and cheer. Everyone needs to know they too can listen and hear - open their hearts to learn and guidance will come. Our world is yours, we are never far, never remote. We feel the call, the urge to be with those who needs us. Our part is a small part in the overall picture. Be assured, you are blessed from God alone. He alone gives his blessings, we are but messengers in the huge realm of love and God's caring universe. We spread our wings to touch those who seek, our wings of gold spread over all the earth loving and spreading our love thoughts. Sometimes absorption is not easy, but we never fail to try. Open your senses, open your eyes, ears and hearts and you will receive God's blessings through his messenger angels. Health comes from within, remember that, you are what you eat and think. Speaking kind soft words makes the body sensitive to good health. Speak harshly and dis-ease sets into the body and soul. It is only reasonable to expect what you give. Continue to give love and kindness even though you may find it unrewarding and difficult. Rest assured it will do good somewhere, sometime. Like the farmer in the field spreading his seeds, some are caught by the wind and sown elsewhere. Nothing is ever lost!

Fear is a subtle thing, pervading the spirit and creeping over one's body. One must rise above it, lift up one's spirit with good thoughts. Let joy be your guide, let smiles be your filter, let the spirit bathe in the light of love. Fill ones mind with happiness, smile through adversity. Troubles come to all, but some are able to lift their spirit and mind above the petty thoughts that come. You must realize that health is based on the premise that all is well within. The mind is part of the body and you must regulate your mind and body as one unit. Fear tightens the mind, tightens the body and the energy cannot flow properly. Like water in a stream, when the bed is clogged with debris it floods its banks. So must your tears cleanse and wash away the debris in your mind and soul. Be not afraid to cry and release the twigs and debris caught in your soul. Rivers must flow unhampered, so you too must go through life cleansing the way with tears of love, frustration and pure agony. Life is full of problems, yes, but also joy will creep into the picture when the way is clear. Tears are joyful when realization sets in that they heal and cleanse. Tears of joy are very special tools in healing the mind. Men, women and children all needs tears to release the torment bottled inside. No matter how trivial, our thoughts can wander, it clogs the arteries of love. Open the mind, open the heart and the flow will be opened as well.

Umbrellas of love are necessary, to protect the soul from blows and hurts that all suffer. Umbrellas of hope - keep it up and open often - we need protection from storms. But rainbows come through. They too are illusions, but seen. You cannot touch a rainbow but it can be seen. Truly a miracle like love. Be happy, put up the umbrella of joy and enjoy! Together we are strong and unified by heart-strings. Whisper my name and I am there. My wings wrap your heart with love and tenderness. Nothing can harm you, nothing can touch you. With wings of gossamer and love I choose my flight. Flights of fancy, flights of joy. With wings of love, I wrap your soul with golden tips.

Gardens are a wondrous place to lift the spirit and renew ones commitment to God and to your life. It is so easy to go about your business with a heavy heart and feeling of being overwhelmed. Remember to sit and take a moment to reflect on the real issues of your world. Sitting under a tree, or lounging for a moment by a flower bed is an uplifting experience for your soul. I would like to take each of you by the hand and walk with you in God's garden. In this garden you will be refreshed and your spirits renewed, you may drink from the fountain of youth! The flowers are different in shape and color like God’s children. In the garden these hues blend and make a beautiful bouquet.

The flowers stand tall and support each other, their roots entwining and forming a strong base. If only you could stand beside each other, lending support and allowing neighbors to lean when life’s trials cause them to bend. Like the flowers in the garden you too can sow seeds of friendship, and watch your seed grow into a beautiful healthy relationship. Give your hand to a neighbor, pass on a smile to a stranger and notice how your soul feels renewed. Like the rain falling on a garden, your kind thoughts and deeds nourish your soul as well as lifting the spirits of another. Like tending a garden it takes thought and some times hard work to make it a beautiful place. Your world too is in need of some hard work, turning over a new leaf, using new tools to loosen our hardened hearts and and neighborhood.

Being alone is sometimes a frightening thought. Let me help you understand the necessity and blessings of solitude. When you are completely still that is when you are able to reach the inner depths of yourself. The busy world around you becomes distant and you are able to hear your thoughts and feel the presence of a higher self. Allowing yourself the time to reflect and listen is a very precious thing to do. Our thoughts can be transmitted so much easier when all is still and you are receptive. Allow your higher self to come through. It is at these times that problems are solved, prayers are given up and answered. Let go of the need to succeed, let go of failures and shortcomings.

I am standing on the sea shore. A ship spread her sails to the morning breeze and starts for the ocean. I stand watching until she fades on the horizon, and someone at my side says, "She is gone!" Gone where? the loss of sight is in me not in her. Just at that moment when someone says "She is gone." There are other eyes watching for her coming and other voices ready to take up the glad shout, "There, she comes!" And that is dying.
